The Woodstock Development Framework was tabled as a motion by Ward Councillor Cedric Thomas in a Sub-Council 15 meeting on 17 June 2008.
UWRA is very happy with this, because it is another step on the road towards our Framework being accepted by Council and becoming part of the District Plans of the City of Cape Town.
